CANCELLATION POLICY
At Wildflower Escape, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to have a personalized, luxury experience. We kindly ask that all clients cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours prior to their appointment. • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will result in a 25% service charge • Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service before booking again • Same-day reschedules may be subject to fees This policy is in place to respect both your time and ours, and to ensure availability for all clients.
